Terms and Conditions for Ganjan Car Services Application
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Ganjan Car Services mobile application ("the App") provided by Ganjan Car Services ("we" or "us"). By accessing or using the App, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
1.1 By accessing or using the Ganjan Car Services Application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.
1.2 If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions or our Privacy Policy, you should not use the Ganjan Car Services Application.
2. Use of the App
2.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Ganjan Car Services Application. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract with us.

3.1 Ganjan Car Services provides a platform that connects Users with car services, including but not limited to transportation, maintenance, and repair services.
3.2 We do not own, operate, or control the vehicles or service providers listed on the App. We merely facilitate the connection between Users and service providers.
3.3 Ganjan Car Services does not guarantee the availability, quality, safety, or reliability of any services provided by third-party service providers. Users agree to use such services at their own risk.
4. User Conduct
4.1 You agree not to use the Ganjan Car Services Application for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 You agree not to impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
4.3 You agree not to interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks connected to the App.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 The Ganjan Car Services Application, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Ganjan Car Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
5.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganjan Car Services shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App or any services obtained through the App.
6.2 Ganjan Car Services shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the conduct of any third-party service provider or User.
7. Modification of Terms
7.1 Ganjan Car Services reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.2 Your continued use of the Ganjan Car Services Application after any modifications to these Terms and Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of such modifications.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Iraq.
8.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [insert jurisdiction].
